Remember "jackpot"? You got one. These two lines
hash into the same value.

	#line 98 "../awk/awk.lx.l"
	{ unputstr("(NF)"); return(INDIRECT); }

The diagnostic used to cause more anxiety than it
was worth, so it was abolished long since. Now that
hash is 32 bits, it might be restored.

The output of diff on this is pretty misleading;
in fact, i don't understand how it
produces what it does.

File 1:
case 35:

#line 98 "../awk/awk.lx.l"
{ unputstr("(NF)"); return(INDIRECT); }
break;
case 36:

#line 99 "../awk/awk.lx.l"
File2:
case 35:
{ unputstr("(NF)"); return(INDIRECT); }
break;
case 36:
Ouput:
2,4c2
<
< #line 98 "../awk/awk.lx.l"
< { unputstr("(NF)"); return(INDIRECT); }
---
> { unputstr("(NF)"); return(INDIRECT); }
7,8d4
<
< #line 99 "../awk/awk.lx.l"

Any explanation?  it makes testing
my new version of lex a bit trickier.
