1.1     ! root        1: Documentation in this directory has already been formatted with nroff.
        !             2: While the sources are available, some are written with -mm and some
        !             3: with -ms.  Since USG systems have only -mm and V7 and 4BSD has only -ms,
        !             4: about the only portable way to write documents is to use the -man macros.
        !             5: (No thanks!)  To make the documents usable to everyone, they are distributed
        !             6: pre-formatted.  Overstriking is done with carriage return (rather than
        !             7: backspace) which seems to work better on some line printers.

This archive runs on limited infrastructure. Preserving old code on modern bandwidth. Automated agents are requested to crawl responsibly.
