        !            13: With the advent of wildly heterogeneous networks, automatic software
        !            14: distribution has become a nightmare.  Binaries are useless, and source
        !            15: code often fails to recompile across ostensibly standard systems.
        !            16: Finally, security is, as always, a concern, especially when the automatic
        !            17: installation of priviliged system software is desired.  We describe
        !            18: yet another attempt to address some of these issues.  Our system is
        !            19: built out of the

        !            21: tools, with a small amount of glue.
