To get a new font from the master collection
in /n/grigg/usr1/newb and make it usable from troff:

1.  grep NAME ./202fonts
	to get the nnnn.w number
2.  grep nnnn /n/panther/usr/202/font/tempdir/allfont
	to get the internal number already assigned
3.  nmakefont nnnn.w Name internal-number Descriptive Name
	to make a Name.out
4.  install
	to put it in /usr/lib/font/dev202 on mrkos
5.  ship /usr/lib/font/dev202/Name.out
	to put it everywhere (especially panther, where the 202 is)
6.  to use in troff,
	.fp n XX Name
