                     10: will scan the spool directories for old files
                     11: and take appropriate action to remove them in a
                     12: useful way:
                     13: Inform the requestor of send/receive requests for
                     14: systems that can't be reached.
                     15: Return mail, which can't be delivered, to
                     16: the sender.
                     17: Delete or execute rnews for rnews type files
                     18: (depending on where the news originated\-\-locally or
                     19: remotely).
                     20: Remove all other files.
                     21: In addition, there is provision to warn users of requests that
                     22: have been waiting for a given number of days (default 1).

                     25: If the option is not specified on the command line, the default value
