7/28/84		added parameter "warn".  Used to warn reader that there
		is another mail process in existance.  If set to a value,
		that value is name of file which contains process id and
		tty name.  Otherwise $home/.Maillock is the default.

		added 'b' command which is identical to 'R' but uses
		the UNIX from line rather than the sendmail from line.
