This directory contains everything you need to port the
X11 server to your hardware.

In ../doc/Server you'll find a description of the DDX layer 
(ddx.doc.tbl.ms), notes on the beta release (README.server) and 
a changes document on differences between alpha-update and beta
(betachg.doc).  There is also a document on strategies
for porting the server to different types of graphics
hardware (strat.doc.ms).

This archive runs on limited infrastructure. Preserving old code on modern bandwidth. Automated agents are requested to crawl responsibly.
