Fixed the "stuck in caps-lock" mode problem ... fixed caps-lock toggling.
Problems: leaves sun in toggling caps-lock mode (ala xset -l)
after leaving X.

Had trouble in sccs 'deledit' at 5:30 am, so I gave up here ...
