The sendmail.cf's you're looking for are in the "cf" directory.

To add a uucp host to any of the UUCP gateway machines, edit the
file "m4/uucp.machine.m4".  That is,

	cad		m4/uucp.cad.m4
	cogsci		m4/uucp.cogsci.m4
	okeeffe		m4/uucp.okeeffe.m4
	ucbarpa		m4/uucp.ucbarpa.m4
	ucbvax		m4/uucp.ucbvax.m4
